Turning 60 and celebrating 25 years as a solo performer, Sting has launched an app for the iPad, and the best part is it’s free.
The singer announced the launch of app called, STING 25, at the Apple Store in New York’s Upper West Side on November 14.
The app, a digital documentary of Sting’s career, features over four hours of music videos, concert footage, interviews and more.
STING 25 guides users through the singer’s discography, influences and activism.
At the app launch event, Sting even performed the song “Fragile,” and dedicated it to Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. He said: “In some way he’s created our future.”
