Twitter's much-rumored music app will soon be made available to download.
Hollywood star Ryan Seacrest claimed he's using Twitter's much-rumored music app — and is loving it. The American Idol host’s tweet confirmed the existence of the unreleased app.
Twitter Music is said to suggest artists and songs to listen to based on a variety of signals, and be personalized based on which accounts a user follows on Twitter. Songs are streamed to the app via SoundCloud.
The launch of the upcoming music app, along with along with Vine and its own photo filters, is a clear indication that Twitter is building itself out as an all-inclusive media platform. We expect more goods to come from Twitter.
