If you are one of those who are inclined towards using your iPad or iPhone as a medium of creativity then the FX Photo Studio for iOS is a great app for you.
With this app you can take photos from your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad's camera roll and apply your choice of up to 187 different filters and effects to your image. A great idea isn’t it looking at the sheer amount of changes and effects that you can apply to the photos you have clicked on the outside as well as the inside. It enables users to easily transform their photography into oil paintings or old vintage images.
When you're all finished with your photo, the app allows you to save it back to your photo album, e-mail it to yourself or to a friend, or post it to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, or Flickr so the world can see it.
The number of effects offered in the app are categorized by style type and you can save them it in a favourites folder for quick access and you can also remove the styles that you don’t want by hiding them within the app’s settings.
Using your iOS device's touch screen, you can cut, crop, rotate, and manipulate your photos, all without modifying the original. Moreover, you can modify the brightness and contrast, and save preset filter or editing options that you can apply. “Glow Vivid Color” is one such option which you can use to increase/decrease the brightness and glow of the image.
FX Photo Studio HD is great app for jazzing up your photos and the sheer number of effects it provides makes it a good buy. The app is available for the iPad for $0.99, currently on sale in Apple’s app store.
