The iOS provides us the facility to run several programs on our device at the same time but some time you may wonder how to uninstall/remove a particular app that you don’t like. In few simple steps I will show you how easily you can close (or quit) any program running on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch.
Step 1. Go to the home screen of your iPad and press your finger on the particular icon or application you wish to delete/uninstall until all the icons on your home screen start to wiggle.
Step 2. Once they start wiggling a “X”symbol will appear at the upper left hand corner of the icon you wish to remove.
Step 3. To delete an app, tap on the “X” symbol and you’ll be asked for you confirmation to delete the app.
Step 4. After tapping on the Delete button, you will then be asked to rate the app. Doing this will finally remove the app.
This particular app will appear unchecked in the devices Apps synchronization screen when you reconnect your device to iTunes. In case in the future you want the app back, simply put a checkmark in the Apps Synchronization screen in iTunes and synch again.
