Pop Diva Lady Gaga is officially the queen of social media. She has become the first twitter user with over 10 million followers on Twitter.
“10MillionMonsters! I’m speechless, we did it! Its an illness how I love you. Leaving London smiling,” Lady Gaga said this in a tweet.
Canadian pop star Justin Bieber is the next most-followed person on Twitter. Bieber’s @justinbieber account has nearly 9.7 million followers. With 8 million followers, US President Barack Obama comes next.
Gaga became the reigning queen of Twitter within a short span of time. She was also the first person to hit 10 million fans on Facebook, as well as 1 billion views on YouTube.
