After the electronic playspace, wildly popular Angry Birds has now made its way into the real world.
The game’s developer, Rovio, created a giant-sized reenactment of the game in Terrassa, Spain, along with live band and a group of people cheering the gameplay.
Rovio teamed up with Deutsche Telekom AG, a German telecommunications company, to create the real-life Angry Birds level which included Papier-mâché pigs that literally explode when hit by a bird.
For this purpose three stories high sets were created and a man used a crane to blows up the pigs. The addicts of the game enjoyed the reenactment and see exploding pigs in real life.
Well, a great idea indeed to promote the game as well as sponsors. I am sure people will love to watch any such action in a crowded place.
