Those who were lucky enough to attend this year’s Google I/O in San Francisco, have gone home with a brand-spanking-new Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Yes, it sounds amazing to believe, but it is true!
Samsung gave a Galaxy Tab 10.1, a fully functional one, to every single one of the 5,000 attendees of the conference. The slate is 8.6mm thick, powered by a dual core processor, has 10 inch screen size, 1280 x 800 pixel display, and runs Google Android 3.0.
"Thanks to Samsung, all 5,000 of you are getting one today," said Hugo Barra, director of Android product management at the conference.
