Today millions of Americans will celebrate freedom. For many, Fourth of July means a long day of grilling, games, eating, and, of course, fireworks. In the spirit of Independence Day, iPadfanzz.blogspot.com has compiled the list of apps to keep you entertained, and patriotic throughout the celebrations.
1. Live Fireworks: Virtual firework apps are everybody’s favorite. The best part about this particular app is its great selection of fireworks and good visuals. You can set off dozens of rockets at once by touching the screen where you want them to explode. They explode in a colourful manner. The firework look crisp and there are plenty of styles to play around with. Fireworks Soundboard for Android! Is another such fantastic app which gives you the sounds of sizzling firecrackers, whistling rockets and hissing pinwheels.
2. Fourth of July Quiz iPhone app: Use this app to learn more about the 50 states. Take three unique quizzes to test your understanding of the United States of America, its laws, government structure and history, with friends and family. In the first quiz you can test your knowledge about all the states capital, the second quiz tests you on your knowledge of the states flags and the third quiz is about the locations of individual states.
3. 4th of July Recipes: An iPhone app that help you pick great recipes for July 4 and create your own menu featuring appetizers, salads, main and side dishes, and dessert. Use the app to create some great dishes to make your friends and relatives jealous. The recipes offered are For-The-Glory Pie, All-American Pork Baby Back Ribs, Red, White, and Blue Pie and Midwestern Potato Salad. 4th of July Recipes is also an Android app available on AndroidApps.com. Another app, called The Dinner Spinner iPhone app shows you how to create a patriotic flag cake from start to frosting, and how to put red, white and blue jimmies and strawberries and cream.
5. Kids Finger Painting for the iPad: A cool and fun app which is ideal for kids of all ages. The app allows your kid to draw a picture and personalize it with a frame and autograph! With a 4th of July theme, kids can color great scenes.
