Talking dog UK's most watched YouTube video of 2011‎

By: Aseem Gaurav on December 20, 2011

A owner teasing his dog for food has become the most-watched YouTube video in the UK for the current year.

The video topped the list beating a spoof clip of the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, an advert for mobile phone network T-Mobile, which featured royal lookalikes dancing, followed by a song based on lines said in various interviews given by Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen where he speaks about his troubled departure from hit sitcom Two and a Half Men.

In the dog clip, after the animal is being told that his dinner has been feed to the cat, he says "You're kidding me!"

Among others on the list was ‘Nyan Cat’, an animation of a cat flying through the air, chanting to synthesised pop music and ‘Talking Twin Babies.’

YouTube trends manager Kevin Allocca said there are certain things that that bring us all together around a computer screen.
