This year's Consumer Electronics Show at Las Vegas turned out to be the largest on record, and it was raining user-friendly gadgets during the show. Some of the important gadgets that manufacturers showcased during the event were: a tablet that can survive a dunk in the bath, a TV that runs on Android, a skateboard powered by Kinect, and more Ultrabooks than you could squeeze into an aeroplane hangar.
