In a new development that is indicative of the company’s growing focus towards using the United States as prime centre for tech production, Apple has listed a Silicon Valley facility as a location where the California company's Macintosh computers are assembled.

Apple has listed Taiwan-based Quanta’s operation in Fremont, California, as the new "final assembly facilities.”

Apple CEO Tim Cook, had earlier said that one line of Mac computers will be made exclusively in the United States.
