The iPad may get an update this March or April, according to Piper Jaffray.
Gene Munster, an analyst at the firm,has observed that the company comes with an update in an average of four months between since 2009. The Cupertino-based Apple last time updated the iPad in October when it launched the iPad Mini as it sported a new style and body similar to other same size tablets in the market.
Munster expects the company to offer an updated Apple TV with better software. He also sees company launching a television by the end of this year.
Apple, the long time King of tablet and smartphones, is facing increased pressure from the growing influx of other tablets in the market, which mostly operate on Google’s Android software.
