Apps for cats? Yep, you heard it right! Friskies, the Purina cat food brand, has launched three new iPad games to entertain your cat.
The three games are Tasty Treasures Hunt, Party Mix-Up! and Cat Fishing. The first two take attention of the feline through different movie shapes that multiply when your cat hits them with its paw. In Cat Fishing, there is a coy fish that swims around the screen and reacts to your cat's touch.
Well, it is a great idea for those pet owners whose cats lounge around the house all day and do nothing (but seriously what they are supposed to do?)
It is not that Purina's apps are the first in the market aimed at pets. There is also an "iSqueek" iPad app for dogs and cats.
Interestingly, Purina claims that iPad’s tough screens can handle batty cats' claws, but some of us many not enjoy watching pets causing havoc on their newly-purchased $500 tablet.
