Solavei, an affordable contract-free mobile service provider, has announced that’s now officially offering nano-SIM cards that are compatible with the iPhone 5. For $49 per month, members can now bring Apple’s latest gadget to enjoy the voice, text and data mobile service. Users are given a bucket of 4GB of high-speed data per month with the plan, after which their speeds will be throttled.
The operator is selling nano-SIM cards for $9. Solavei offers its customers for convincing others to sign up for the service. For example, users are given $20 per month for each trio of friends in their network that are Solavei subscribers.
The company also said its customers who don't yet have an iPhone 5 but want one to hook up to the service can purchase a unit from Solavei partner GSM Nation, which is selling the iOS handset at a starting price of $699.
